Forms can be created just as easily as HTML content. The most common uses for a form would be, an email form, poll, survey or feedback form. CMS400 offers a wizard utility to create your form. To start building your form, mouse-over the New menu and click HTML Form/Survey. Follow the five steps to complete the form.
