SmartForms are content that contain predefined fields. These fields help in programmatically organizing or styling the layout of the content. A folder can be setup to only accept SmartForms; in this case, there will not be an option for HTML Content under the New menu. Only the available SmartForms will be listed. A Spotlight is the most common use of a SmartForm.
